Kami membuka lowongan untuk posisi <strong>Supporting Team Contact Center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Deskripsi Pekerjaan<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Memantau operasional Contact Center serta mengkoordinasikan pencapaian KPI.<\/li>\n<li>Menyusun laporan terhadap keluhan pelanggan dan melakukan tindak lanjut yang diperlukan.<\/li>\n<li>Memberikan pelatihan dan coaching kepada Agen Contact Center.<\/li>\n<li>Menganalisis performa Agen.<\/li>\n<li>Menjaga agar parameter KPI sesuai dengan SLA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Syarat Kualifikasi<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pengalaman kerja di industri Contact Center atau BPO.<\/li>\n<li>Mampu berbahasa Inggris secara aktif (B2) dan pasif untuk bahasa lain.<\/li>\n<li>Mengerti tugas dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan posisi.<\/li>\n<li>Siap bekerja dalam sistem shift 24 jam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tingkat Pendidikan<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pendidikan minimum D3 dengan IPK minimal 2.75.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bergabunglah dengan tim profesional di perusahaan global kami yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta.
