dokumentasi terkait HR.<\/li>\n<li>Mendukung proses rekrutmen serta seleksi karyawan baru.<\/li>\n<li>Koordinasi prosedur onboarding dan offboarding bagi karyawan.<\/li>\n<li>Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan undang-undang ketenagakerjaan.<\/li>\n<li>Memberikan dukungan dalam pelatihan dan komunikasi internal di perusahaan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Persyaratan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Memiliki keterampilan organisasi dan manajemen waktu yang baik.<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif.<\/li>\n<li>Perhatian tinggi terhadap detail.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman menggunakan HRIS menjadi nilai tambah.<\/li>\n<li>Mahir berbahasa
