Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan meliputi pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di posisi serupa, kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam bahasa Inggris, serta pemahaman mendalam tentang koktail klasik dan teknik mixology. Keahlian dalam penyajian kopi akan menjadi nilai tambah. Kandidat diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan tamu dengan sikap ramah, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menjaga kualitas layanan. Pengetahuan mengenai kebersihan bar dan penanganan minuman juga sangat diutamakan.
