Dalam program ini, peserta akan mengikuti In Class Training, On The Job Training, dan Project Review untuk menjadi Banker Professional yang terampil dan kompetitif.<\/p>\n<p>Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan mencakup pendidikan minimal sarjana dengan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) 3.00, kemampuan berorganisasi, serta keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik.
