Anda juga akan bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan administrasi cuti, izin, dan kesehatan karyawan. Selain itu, Anda akan mendukung program pelatihan dan pengembangan serta memantau inisiatif kesejahteraan karyawan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kualifikasi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Calon ideal memiliki gelar minimal S1 dalam Manajemen atau Administrasi, dengan pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang terkait. Pengetahuan tentang undang-undang ketenagakerjaan dan kebijakan HR terkini sangat diperlukan.
